摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出“健全全面从严治党体系”的任务,标志着全面从严治党进入新的发展阶段。基于中国共产党治党史的形成逻辑、全面从严治党概念要素的内涵逻辑、党的建设总体布局和治国理政布局体系的结构逻辑,共同构建了全面从严治党体系的完整认知逻辑。全面从严治党体系的健全需要分布在不同层面的支撑要素进行奠基与护航,在此过程中,要消除这些支撑要素的差异,按照一定的运行样态与运行模式实现最大程度的协同配合,形成整体支撑效应。健全全面从严治党体系应围绕主体责任体系、制度体系、结构体系、监督体系、方法体系等在内的实践进路展开。The Report to the 20th National Congress put forward the task of“improving the systems for exercising full and rigorous self-governance”,marking a new development stage for exercising full and rigorous self-governance.The formation logic of the CPC’s history of Party governance,the connotation logic of the conceptual elements of comprehensive strict Party governance,the overall layout of the Party building and the structure logic of the state governance layout system complete cognitive logic of the systems for exercising full and rigorous self-governance.The systems for exercising full and rigorous self-governance needs supporting elements distributed at different levels to lay the foundation and escort.In this process,differences of these supporting elements should be eliminated,and maximum coordination and cooperation should be achieved according to certain pattern and modes to form the overall supporting effect.Improving the systems for exercising full and rigorous self-governance should focus on practical approaches including the system of principal responsibility,system,structure,supervision and method.
