学校体育目标设计的依据、质量问题与对策

摘　　要：学校体育目标是学校体育工作的出发点和落脚点,是评价学校体育工作的根本依据,具有很强的导向作用.设计高质量的学校体育目标需要依据党和国家的要求、教育和体育规律、学校体育的育人功能、学校体育的支撑资源、学生的发展规律和运动需要.学校体育目标设计存在质量问题:目标设计过高,目标没有明确的时限,目标缺乏可量化的标准,目标的前瞻性不够.根据学校体育目标设计的依据和质量问题,提出设计具有适切性、时限性、可量化性和前瞻性的设计学校体育目标的对策.The goal of school sports is the starting point and foothold of school sports work,and is the fundamental basis for evaluating school sports work,playing a crucial guiding role.Designing highquality school sports goals requires consideration of the requirements of the Party and the state,educational and sports principles,the educational function of school sports,the supporting resources for school sports,students' developmental patterns,and athletic needs.There are quality problems in the design of school sports goals in our country:the goals are set too high,there is no clear time limit for the goals,the goals lack quantifiable standards,and the foresight of the goals is not enough.Based on the foundation and quality issues of school sports goal design,this paper proposes strategies for designing school sports goals that are appropriate,time-bound,measurable,and forward-looking.
