摘 要:建立分散固相萃取-气相色谱(dSPE-GC)准确测定百香果中8种有机磷农药的方法。样品经乙腈提取,氯化钠盐析分层,超声提取后,QuEChERS净化,基质匹配标准曲线定量。通过气相色谱仪对百香果样品进行加标回收测定,确定最优参数。结果表明,样品经超声提取,QuEChERS净化后,提取效果最优。8种有机磷农药在8 min内良好分离,在质量浓度0.01~0.40 mg/L线性范围内,R2>0.999,检出限为0.01 mg/kg,加标回收率为84.9%~95.1%,RSD为0.8~1.9。该方法操作简单、准确度高、精密性好,能同时对百香果中8种有机磷农药进行定量分析。To establish an accurate method for the determination of 8 organophosphorus pesticides in passion fruit by disperse solid phase extraction and gas chromatography(dSPE-GC).Tthe samples were extracted by acetonitrile,separated by sodium chloride salting-out,ultrasonic extraction,QuEChERS purification and matrix matching standard curve quantification.The sample of passion fruit was recovered and determined by gas chromatograph,and the optimal parameters were determined.The results showed that:after ultrasonic extraction and QuEChERS purification,the extraction effect of the sample was the best.Eight organophosphorus pesticides were well separated within 8 min,R2>0.999 in the range of 0.01~0.40 mg/L,the detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg,and the recovery was 84.9%~95.1%,RSD was 0.8~1.9.The method was simple and accurate,and can be used for simultaneous quantitative analysis of 8 organophosphorus pesticides in passion fruit.
