摘  要:教师教学创新团队是推动职业教育提质培优的关键力量,是创新教学组织形式的重要实践,是高职院校提升整体办学实力和人才培养质量的重要保障。分析了高职教师教学创新团队建设过程中存在的问题,介绍了高职食品生物技术专业基本情况,探讨了提质培优背景下食品生物技术教师教学创新团队的定位和建设任务,以期通过团队建设,推动专业高质量发展,保障人才培养质量。Teachers'teaching innovation team is the key force to promote the quality improvement and excellence of vocational education,an important practice to innovate the form of teaching organization,and an important guarantee for higher vocational colleges to improve the overall strength of running schools and the quality of talent training.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the construction of teaching innovation team of higher vocational teachers,introduced the basic situation of food biotechnology major in higher vocational colleges,and discussed the positioning and construction tasks of teaching innovation team of food biotechnology teachers under the background of improving quality and excellence.It was expected that through team construction,high-quality professional development would be promoted and the quality of talent training would be guaranteed.
