基于动态称重的国省道交通荷载及轴载谱分析

摘　　要：交通荷载会影响沥青路面的使用寿命。针对国省道沥青路面,基于动态称重系统采集的运营期交通荷载数据,开展了交通量分析,包括交通荷载等级、行驶速度、超载情况以及轴载谱特征分析、当量轴载作用次数分析、交通调查点数据分析。结果表明,该路段交通流中的主要车辆类型为1、3、4、6、8、9类。1类车为该路段的主要车型,且未出现超载情况,6类车则超载较严重。通行的不同车型的速度均成“单峰型”曲线,平均速度达65.6 km/h。基于轴载谱数据,计算的沥青混合料层永久变形、无机结合料层疲劳验算的当量设计轴载累计作用次数分别为2.19×10^(7)、6.99×10^(9)。小型客车主要在第一车道行驶,大型客车及货车主要在第二车道行驶。需重点关注第二车道的路面状况。Traffic load affects the service life of asphalt pavement.This article focuses on national and provincial roads'asphalt pavement and based on the trafic load data collected by the dynamic weighing system during the operation period,traffic volume analysis includes evaluating traffic load level,driving speed,overload situation and examining characteristics of the axle load spectrum,equivalent axle load action times and traffic survey point data was conducted.The results show that the main types of vehicles in the traffic flow of this section are Class 1,3,4,6,8,and 9.Class 1 vehicles are the main types of vehicles in this section,and there is no overloading situation.Class 6 vehicles are more severely overloaded.The speeds of different vehicle models followed a"single peak"curve,with an average speed of 65.6 km/h.Based on the axle load spectrum data,the cumulative number of equivalent design axle load actions for permanent deformation of asphalt mixture layer and fatigue verification of inorganic binder layer calculated are 2.19×10^(9)and 6.99×10^(9)respectively.Small buses mainly drive in the first lane,while large buses and trucks mainly drive in the second lane.It is necessary to pay special attention to the road conditions in the second lane.
