摘　　要：基于《脾胃论》,探讨李东垣笔下阴火之含义、病因、病机及其治疗。阴火是东垣对内伤病中人体内同时存在的“虚”与“热”两种病理状态的统一概括,其“阴”为内、里,与外感相对,“虚”为气虚,以脾胃为主,“热”为阳气虚弱不能升散外达、郁于阴分所化,阴血受火热鼓动,流行周身,故其热象可表现在全身各处。阴火形成的关键在于气虚、气郁、郁热三个环节。治疗以补中、升阳二法为主,以治其本,泻热一法从权,以治其标。Based on the book of Pi Wei Lun,this paper mainly discusses the meaning,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of Li Dongyuan's Yin fire.Li Dongyuan believes that Yin fire is a pathological condition in internal injuries,which is composed of"deficiency"and"heat"."Yin"means interior."Deficiency"means Qi deficiency,which mainly refers to Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach.The weak Qi can't move upward or outward and trapped in the Yin,which is the reason for the"heat".Yin and blood are agitated by the heat.The heat is carried throughout the body with the flow of blood.Tonifying spleen and stomach and raising Yang Qi are the fundamental and main methods for the treatment of Yin fire.And clearing heat is a palliative method for Yin fire.
