摘　　要：PID控制系统中的工程整定法可以通过简单的实验,迅速确定调节器的近似最佳参数,在工程实际中被广泛采用。包覆沥青是用来制备锂电人造石墨负极材料的原料之一,其生产装置中涉及较多加热系统,属于多回路、多参数复杂系统。本文针对生产包覆沥青中一条沥青输送管线的温度控制器,提出一种简便易行的工程整定方法对其进行调试,并迅速确定了调节器的最佳参数。The engineering setting method in Proportional integral derivative can quickly determine the approximate optimal parameters of the regulator through simple experiments,which is widely used in engineering practice.Coated asphalt is one of the raw materials used to prepare lithium electric artificial graphite anode material.Its production unit involves many heating systems,which belongs to the complex system of multi-loop and multi-parameter.Aiming at the temperature controller of an asphalt conveying pipeline in the production of coated asphalt.Aiming at the temperature controller of an asphalt conveying pipeline in the production of coated asphalt,this paper puts forward a simple and easy engineering setting method to debug it,and quickly determines the best parameters of the regulator.
