摘  要:车辆装配信息标签应用于汽车生产的全过程及车辆的整个生命周期。文章对车辆装配信息标签的使用环境、应用原理、性能要求及其特制的试验等方面进行介绍,阐述了其在汽车精益制造中的必要性,实现了拥有耐强碱腐蚀、耐超高温、耐撕剥、表面内容耐粘贴、自身黏附力强等复杂性能的同时,保证汽车在不同车间传递制造时,不会因装配信息传递失效而导致生产故障、停滞。The vehicle assembly information label is applied throughout the entire process of automobile production and the entire lifecycle of the vehicle.The usage environment,application principles,performance requirements,and special tests for the vehicle assembly information label are introduced,and its necessity in lean manufacturing of automobiles is explained.It achieves com-plex performance requirements such as resistance to strong alkali corrosion,resistance to ultra-high temperatures,tear resistance,resistance to surface content adhesion,and strong self-adhesive force.At the same time,it ensures that the production of automobiles is not affected by the failure of assem-bly information transmission,preventing production process from failures and stagnation during the transfer of manufacturing between different workshops.
