命门与脾主运化新思考

摘　　要：命门学说一直是中医药学理论体系的重要内容。命门属于先天层次,是生命活动的主宰。众多医家重视脾土与命门真火的关系,对命门真水与脾主运化的关系甚少关注及论述。梳理历代研究资料后,笔者认为命门为先天之本,水火之宅,与肾并非一物;任督二脉是联系命门与脾土的基础;命门真火温煦推动脾主运化;命门真水滋养脾阴以助运化。据此,笔者提出命门与脾主运化关系的“鼎薪模型”。这些新思考既有助于理解和深化脾主运化的内涵,也有助于充实和完善对命门功能的认识,推进命门理论研究的反思与提高,推动命门学说研究的“系统化”与“实用化”,助力命门学说的守正传承与融合创新。The theory of the Ming-men is an important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.The Ming-men belongs to the innate level and is the master of life activities.Many physicians paid more attention on the relationship between the spleen-yang and the fire of Ming-men,and seldom focused on and discussed to the relationship between the original water of Ming-men and spleen governing transportation and transformation.After carding the previous data,the authors think that Ming-men is the inborn origin,the residence of water and fire,the difference from kidney.The conception and governor vessels are the foundation of connecting Ming-men with spleen.The fire of Ming-men promotes the function of spleen on governing transportation and transformation.The original water of Ming-men nourishes the spleen-yin to help the function of spleen on governing transportation and transformation.Accordingly,the authors put forward the‘tripod-firewood model'of the relationship between Ming-men and spleen governing transportation and transformation.These new thoughts not only help to understand and deepen the connotation of spleen governing transportation and transformation,but also help to enrich and improve the understanding of the function of the Ming-men,propel the reflection and improvement of the study of the Ming-men theory,promote the'systematization'and'practicality'of the study,and help the inheritance and integration of the Ming-men theory.
