气化学说视域下三阴三阳开阖枢理论探析

摘　　要：阴阳的周期性运动主导着万物生化,无外乎“开阖枢”3种状态。人受命于天,开阖枢转应时而变,合和为完整有序的气化过程。《黄帝内经》三阴三阳开阖枢立论于气化态势而非气量之多寡。此间涉及多种气化关系:开阖枢同属一气周流;太阳与少阴、阳明与太阴、少阳与厥阴,在气化形式上互为中见;同主开阖枢的阴阳二气彼此气化相通。基于三阴三阳开阖枢理论,临证可依时序探察气运阴阳、从病症把握气化开阖,总以病势调治气机升降。The periodic movement of yin-yang dominates the biochemistry of all things,which is nothing more than the three states of opening and closing pivot.Under orders of heaven,opening and closing pivot change with time and integrate into a complete and orderly process.In Huangdi Nejing,three yin and three yang opening and closing pivot were discussed on the state of gasification,rather than the quantity.There are various gasification relationships.Opening and closing pivot belong to the same gasification.Taiyang and Shaoyin,Yangming and Taiyin,Shaoyang and Jueyin are mutually visible in the form of gasification.There is also gasification traffic between Yin-Yang with the same opening and closing pivot.Based on this theory,we can explore gasification's yin-yang in time sequence,master opening and closing pivot from syndromes,and regulate rise-fallof qi movement according to disease condition.
