杨介宾“马丹阳天星十二穴”学术思想探析

摘　　要：马丹阳天星十二穴具有“三百六十穴,不出十二诀”之称,因十二穴均分布在四肢,具有取穴方便、针感迅速、疗效显著等特点,从古至今被广泛运用于针灸临床。杨介宾教授从医近60载,学术造诣精深,临床经验丰富,对马丹阳天星十二穴的临床运用有自己的独到见解,在长期的临床实践中形成了以马丹阳天星十二穴为基础的临床用穴理论体系,并广泛运用于治疗临床杂病。文章拟对杨介宾教授关于马丹阳天星十二穴的学术思想进行探讨,以飨同道。MA Danyang star twelve points has'360 points,can not compare with twelve points'said,since the twelve acupoints are distributed in the limbs,they have the characteristics of convenient acupoint selection,rapid needle feeling and remarkable curative effect,and they have been widely used in clinical acupuncture and moxibustion since ancient times.Professor YANG Jiebin has been practicing medicine for nearly 60 years,with profound academic attainments and rich clinical experience.He has his own unique views on the clinical application of MA Danyang star twelve points,and has formed a theoretical system of clinical points based on MA Danyang star twelve points in long-term clinical practice,which has been widely used in the treatment of clinical miscellaneous diseases.The article plans to introduce YANG Jiebin's thoughts on MA Danyang star twelve points as follows,forthebenefitof otherdoctors.
