基于大气周流观的《黄帝内经》大气与宗气条文解读及理论发微

摘　　要：大气周流观是指大气在胸中生成后,经上焦心肺鼓动、宣降布散至全身经络,周流全身五脏六腑四肢百骸后又回到胸中再次出发的观点。笔者认为《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》)原文体现了大气周流的学术思想,其认为大气由水谷精微化生的营卫二气聚积于胸中形成,大气的本质是营卫二气之合气,营卫周流即是大气周流的表现。基于大气周流观,笔者认为《内经》大气概念来源于先秦精气学说之自然之气(太虚之气),《内经》论述大气病机有大气入于脏腑、大气逆上、大气阻滞等,《内经》以大气周流理论指导大气的临床应用,用于指导制定针刺补泻方法。《内经》全书涉及到论述“大气”的篇章,大气概念通篇除一处指自然之气外,全部是指水谷精微上输胸中形成之大气。对比《内经》原文,宗气即胸中大气。The concept of Daqi circulation refers to the view that after the Daqi is generated in the chest,flows through the meridians of the entire body through the heart and lungs,and then spreads to the body.It then flows back to the chest and starts again.The author believes that the original text of the Huangdi Neijing(hereinafter referred to as the'Neijing')reflects the academic idea of Daqi circulation.It believes that the Daqi is formed by the accumulation of the yinqi and the weiqi generated by the refinement of foods in the chest.The essence of the Daqi is the combination of the two qis of the yinqi and the weiqi,and the circulation of yinqi and the weiqi,is the manifestation of Daqi circulation.Based on the view of Daqi circulation,the author believes that the concept of Daqi in Neijing originates from the natural qi(Taixu qi)of the pre-Qin theory.The pathogenesis of Daqi diseases in Neijing is that the Daqi enters the zang-fu organs,the Daqi is reversed,and the Daqi is blocked.The Neijing uses the theory of Daqi circulation to guide the clinical application of the Daqi,and is used to guide the development of acupuncture tonifying and reducing methods.The concept of'Daqi'in Neijing's involved chapters which talk about Daqi',refers to Daqi formed by the essence of water and grains transmitted upwards to the chest,except for one aspect that refers to the natural qi.Compared with the original text of Neijing,Zongqi is the Daqi in the chest.
