《伤寒论》与《金匮玉函经》方药对比研究

摘　　要：《伤寒论》与《金匮玉函经》“同体而别名”,二书流传经历全然不同。《伤寒论》流传广,研究者众多;《金匮玉函经》自宋臣整理后流传不广,渐次失传,元明时期几乎没有医家亲见该书,直至清康熙年间才重新传世。二书虽为“同体”,但在篇名、条文、方药、注文、文字等方面存在不同,文章以二书方药为切入点进行对比研究,发现二书方数、方名、药物剂量、节度语等存在大量不同点,对二书的底本、成书、流传、相关性、异文等研究有一定的价值。Shanghan Lun and Jingui Yuhan Jing are the same body but aliases',and the two books have completely different circulation experiences.Shanghan Lun has been widely circulated,and there are many researchers;Jingui Yuhan Jing has not been widely circulated since it was sorted out by SONG Chen,and gradually disappeared.During the Yuan and Ming dynasties,almost no physicians saw the book,and it was not passed down until the Kangxi period of the Qing dynasty.Although the two books are the same body',they are different in title,clause,prescription,annotation,text,etc..This paper takes the prescriptions of the two books as the starting point to conduct a comparative study,and finds that there are a lot of differences among the number of prescriptions,prescription names,drug doses,sections of the two books,Jie Du Yu'and other points,which are of certain value to the research on the basis,completion,circulation,correlation and different texts of the two books.
