摘 要:“食饮有节”是中医膳食养生理论的基本原则,现代营养学对“限制性摄食”的研究日益深入,两者间相似而又各有侧重。文章通过整理分析中医古籍中“食饮有节”的相关理论,探析其对机体生理与病理方面的影响,同时梳理现代营养学之“限制性摄食”对寿命、代谢、抗肿瘤及肠道菌群变化等多方面的研究进展,初步确立了中医限食疗法的理论雏形,并进一步彰示了中医膳食养生之“食饮有节”的现代科学意义。‘moderation in food and drink'theory is the basic principle of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)'s dietary theory of health maintenance,while modern nutrition has increasingly studied‘restrictive eating',which is similar to each other but has its own focus.In this paper,we review th‘moderation in food and drink'theory in ancient Chinese medical texts and explore its impact on the physiology and pathology of the body,and sorting out the effects of modern nutrition on longevity,metabolism,anti-tumour and changes in intestinal flora and so on.It provides a preliminary theoretical outline of TCM food restriction therapy,and further demonstrates the modern scientific significance of‘moderation in food and drink'theory in TCM dietary regimen.
