基于冥想专注引导的视力训练对青少年儿童近视的临床疗效观察

摘  要:目的:探究基于冥想专注引导的视力训练对青少年儿童近视的治疗效果。方法:收集2020年3一4月于长兴市区小学参与基于冥想专注引导的视力训练的受试者30名,展开为期30d的视力训练。对比治疗前后裸眼视力的改善情况,记录受试者治疗前后眼部症状评分,按疲劳等级划分。采用SPSS22.0进行统计学分析。结果:治疗后裸眼视力水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.01)。眼部症状明显改善,评分:治疗前在1级、2级、3级的人数分别为15人(65.22%),7人(30.43%),1人(4.35%),治疗后23人(100.00%)评分均为1级。总有效率为95.65%(22/23)。结论:基于冥想专注引导的视力训练属于无创型非药物疗法,基于中医理论的整体观念,对受试者进行身心同调,内外兼顾,对青少年儿童近视的裸眼视力具有显著的改善效果,无不良事件发生。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of guided meditation for vision acuity training on adolescent myopia.Methods:Thirty subjects who participated in the guided meditation for vision acuity training from March to April 2020 were collected.The condition of naked eye visual acuity was compared during the 30-day visual training.According to fatigue grade,the scores of ocular symptoms before and after treatment were recorded,which were classified.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:The visual acuity significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01).Ocular symptom score:Before treatment,15(65.22%),7(30.43%)and 1(4.35%)patients were in grade 1,2 and 3,respectively.After treatment,23 patients(100.00%)were all in grade 1.The total effective rate was 95.65%(22/23).Conclusion:Guided meditation for vision acuity training is non-pharmaceutical therapy and noninvasive,holistic,influencing the body,mind and emotions in a unique way,and treats both inside and outside.It has a significant improvement effect on the uncorrected visual acuity in adolescents.without adverse events.
