摘　　要：目的 探索吕文亮教授运用谷薯类药物的规律,以期指导临床。方法 采用数据挖掘法对吕文亮教授临床病案所用方剂进行系统整理,通过Excel进行谷薯类药物分类统计,对病案中的病名及证名进行分类与规范,对病案所用方剂中谷薯类药物的种类及相应剂量加以统计,分析总结其使用规律。结果 整理统计了吕文亮教授1332份病案,其中谷薯类药物使用频次440次,治疗最多的疾病及证候为胃痞病等脾胃类疾病和湿热内蕴证、痰湿内阻证、痰热蕴结证及脏腑亏虚类证候。结论 谷薯类药物适用于脾胃虚损及脾虚痰湿类疾患,特别适用于痰热、湿热证及由痰湿热造成患者阴液耗损,攻补难耐的特殊证型,但需大剂量使用且疗程较长。Objective To invesigate the law of Prof.LYU Wen-liang’s use of cereal and potato drugs in order to guide clinical practice.Methods The prescriptions used in Prof.LYU Wen-liang’s clinical medical records were systematically sorted out by data mining method.The classification and statistics of cereal and potato drugs were carried out through Excel,and the disease name and certificate name in the medical records were classified and standardized,the species and corresponding dose of cereal and potato drugs in the prescriptions used in the medical records were counted,and the use law was analyzed and summarized.Results Prof.LYU Wen-liang’s 1332 medical records were sorted out and counted in this paper.Among them,the use frequency of cereal and potato drugs was 440 times.The diseases and syndromes with the most frequent use of cereal potato drugs were spleen and stomach diseases such as gastric ruff disease,and sydroms of damp heat accumulation,phlegm dampness internal obstruction,phlegm heat accumulation and viscera deficiency.Conclusion Cereal and potato drugs are suitable for spleen and stomach deficiency and spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness diseases,especially for phlegm heat,damp heat syndrome and special syndrome types of patients with yin fluid loss caused by phlegm damp heat,large dose and long course of use is necessary to obtain significant curative effect.
