摘 要:扦插是茶树品种繁育中应用最广泛的方式之一,其关键在于不定根的形成,而不定根的形成是个复杂的过程,受到内外因子等诸多因素的作用及其相互关系影响,探索影响其生根的因素对于理解不定根形成以及调控扦插环境具有重要意义。本研究简述了影响茶树扦插繁殖的内外因子及最新研究进展,重点对品种差异、取材选择、插穗规格、营养物质、激素水平、酶活性等内在影响因子,与基质、扦插时间、温度、湿度、光照、植物生长调节剂等外在影响因子在提高扦插成活率中的作用进行了全面评述,并对应用前景和不足之处进行了探讨,为提高茶树品种繁殖效率提供理论指导。Cuttage is a widely used method of asexual propagation of tea plants,and the key is the formation of adventitious roots,which is a complex process affected by many factors such as internal and external factors and their interrelationships.Exploring the factors affecting its rooting is of great significance for understanding the formation of adventitious roots and regulating the cutting environment.In this article,the internal and external factors affecting the cutting propagation of tea plant were summarized.Particularly,the roles of the internal factors including cultivar difference,selection of materials,cutting specifications,internal nutrients,hormone levels,enzyme activities,as well as the external factors including substrate,season,temperature,humidity,light,plant growth regulators,in increasing the survival rate of cutting were overviewed.Moreover,the application prospect and shortcomings were discussed.This review will provide theoretical guidance for improving the breeding efficiency of tea varieties.
