摘 要:针对电火花铣削加工中的电极轴向损耗问题,建立了一种基于放电脉冲个数检测进行电极损耗预测的网络模型,通过对加工参数、有效放电脉冲个数及实际电极损耗量的训练,在实际铣削过程中产生一个预测值进行电极轴向补偿;通过高速AD模块实时采集放电极间的电压信息反馈至FPGA,将电压数据缓存在异步FIFO中,通过滑动窗口算法识别有效放电脉冲个数;通过FPGA将有效放电脉冲数传至上位机,上位机采取相应的补偿策略进行平面铣削实验。结果表明:采用该方法进行补偿,能有效减少铣削加工中电极轴向损耗引起的平面误差并实现精密加工。Aiming at the problem of axial electrode wear in EDM milling,a network model for predicting electrode wear by detecting the number of effective discharge pulses is established.The model is trained by processing parameters,effective discharge pulses and actual loss values,and a predicted value is generated in actual milling to perform electrode axial compensation.The high-speed AD module collects the inter-pole voltage information in real time and feeds it back to the FPGA.The voltage data is cached in the asynchronous FIFO,and the number of effective discharge pulses is identified by the sliding window algorithm.The effective discharge pulse number is uploaded to the host computer through FPGA,and the host computer generates a compensation strategy for plane milling experiments.The experimental results show that the compensation method can effectively reduce the plane error caused by the axial loss of the electrode in the milling process,which is helpful to realize the precision machining.
