高职商务英语人才职业能力培养研究与实践——以广州华商职业学院为例

摘　　要：随着粤港澳大湾区的建设,大湾区对高职商务英语人才的需求日益提高,新产业、新业态、新模式下高职院校肩负着为粤港澳大湾区培养和输送商务英语人才资源的重要使命。广州华商职业学院立足粤港澳大湾区产业发展现状,为培养适应粤港澳大湾区经济发展的新商科技术技能人才,提出“一核心、两能力、三技术”商务英语人才职业能力培养理念。广州华商职业学院通过强化核心职业素养教育,实行外语与电商双技能培训,推进新技术的实战应用,赢得了湾区内企业的认可,显著增强了学生的就业竞争力。With the development of the Greater Bay Area,the demand for business English talents has been increasing.Vocational colleges shoulder the important mission of cultivating and supplying business English talents for the Greater Bay Area in the context of new industries,formats,and models.Based on the current industrial development in the Greater Bay Area,Guangzhou Huashang Vocational College proposes the"One Core,Two Abilities,Three Techniques"concept for cultivating vocational business English talents,aiming to cultivate new business and technical skills talents that meet the needs of the economic development in the Greater Bay Area.
