高校科技志愿服务第二课堂育人功能和实现路径

摘　　要：高校科技志愿服务是高校的科技工作者以传播科学知识和科技服务为主要内容,促进公民科学素养提升的公益类科普活动或便民为民、服务企事业单位的各项科技活动,是高校第二课堂教育活动的一种重要形式。对高校科技志愿服务第二课堂教育活动进行梳理,明确其具有促进大学生在知识学习和综合能力提升,塑造奉献精神、责任意识、团队合作精神和关爱他人意识等思想品德方面的育人功能。考察国内高校的工作现状,提升高校科技志愿服务第二课堂育人功能的实现路径主要有政策引领、规范管理、团队建设、学科支撑和资源保障等,这些对高校人才培养工作应有所助益。University science and technology volunteer service is a public welfare science popularization activity or what university science and technology workers have done to disseminate scientific knowledge,offer relevant services and promote the scientific literacy of all citizens.It is an important form of university second classroom.Based on its educational functions sorted out,it is shown to be conducive to promoting college students knowledge learning and comprehensive ability and enhancing their sense of dedication,responsibility,teamwork and altruism.As against the current situation in our universities,some suggestions are made on the realization of the educational function of science and technology volunteer service,including policy guidance,standardized management,team building,discipline support and resource guarantee.
