摘 要:运用文献计量和文献综述方法,对国内领先用户研究的热点与前沿、识别方法、创新绩效影响因素及创新绩效优化策略进行了梳理和分析。结果表明,价值共创和知识共享等是国内领先用户研究的热点和前沿。根据时间演进过程,国内领先用户识别方法可大致划分为传统识别方法、网络识别方法以及数字化识别方法。依据研究前沿,对价值共创和知识共享两个影响国内领先用户创新绩效的因素进行了分析,并将用户激励和社区优化作为国内领先用户创新绩效优化策略的切入点。未来应将图片信息纳入领先用户识别体系,并深入探究数字时代下领先用户创新绩效影响因素。Using bibliometric and literature review methods,this paper analyzes the hotspots and frontiers of domestic leading users research,the identification methods of domestic leading users,the factors influencing the innovation performance of domestic leading users and the optimization strategies of innovation performance.The results show that the focus of leading user research in China includes value co-creation and knowledge sharing.According to the time evolution process,it divides the identification methods of domestic leading users into three categories:traditional identification methods,Internet identification methods and digital identification methods.Based on the research frontier,this paper analyzes the two factors that affect the innovation performance of domestic leading users,value co-creation and knowledge sharing,and takes user incentive and community optimization as the research focus for the optimization strategy of domestic leading users'innovation performance.Future research should include picture information into the leading user identification system,and deeply explore the influencing factors of leading user innovation performance in the digital era.
