高校实验室人员积分制管理指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：高校实验室是人才培养和科学研究的重要平台,但目前许多高校加大实验室硬件设施建设,未充分认识到实验室人员管理的重要性。从高校实验室人员管理现状出发,分别从高等教育管理专家、高校实验室管理专家和从事高校实验教学教师3类人员中遴选25名专家。通过文献调研法和2轮Delphi专家咨询法确定高校实验室人员积分制管理指标体系,利用层次分析法计算各指标权重。最终构建了包含6个一级指标(实验教学、开放实验、设备管理、环境安全、综合管理和继续教育)、39个二级指标的高校实验室人员积分制管理指标体系。University laboratories are important platforms for talent cultivation and scientific research.However,many universities strengthen the construction of laboratory hardware facilities and ignore the importance of laboratory personnel management.Based on the current situation of university laboratory personnel management,25 experts were selected from three categories of personnel:higher education management experts,university laboratory management experts,and university experiment teaching teachers.The management index system for university laboratory personnel was determined based on point system through literature research and two rounds of Delphi method,and the weight of each index was calculated by analytic hierarchy process.Based on the current management status of university laboratory personnel,a point based indicator system for university laboratory personnel was ultimately constructed,which includes 6 primary indicators(experimental teaching,open experiments,equipment management,environmental safety,comprehensive management,and continuing education)and 39 secondary indicators.
