摘 要:某型工程装备功能多、结构与工作原理复杂,在使用和维护过程出现故障时难于检测和定位故障部位与类型,维修难度大、周期长,维修效果差。基于此,应用虚拟仪器技术、半实物仿真技术和虚拟现实技术,探索研制集教学模型、实装部件、仿真软件和辅助设备于一体的装备半实物仿真训练系统,完成对该装备结构原理学习、故障维修的仿真训练,为部队维修保障训练提供手段,促使该类装备尽快形成保障能力。该研究成果对提高装备维修保障人员的技术水平有重要的实用意义和显著的军事经济价值。A certain type of engineering equipment has many functions,complex structure and working principle,and it is difficult to detect and locate the parts and types of faults when they occur in the process of use and maintenance,which makes the maintenance difficult,the cycle time is long,and the maintenance effect is poor.For this phenomenon,the application of virtual instrument technology,semi-physical simulation technology and virtual reality technology,explore the development of a set of teaching models,real parts,simulation software and auxiliary equipment in one of the semi-physical simulation of equipment training system,to complete the structural principles of the equipment to learn the simulation of the fault maintenance training,maintenance and protection of the troops to provide a means of training to promote the formation of such equipment to ensure that the ability to form as soon as possible.The research results to improve the technical level of equipment maintenance and security personnel have important practical significance and significant military economic value.
