摘 要:针对煤矿井下巡检劳动强度大、效率低、精确性差的问题,提出了一种新的智能安全监测巡检机器人系统,通过在机器人上集成红外、视频及各类传感器实现了对井下综采环境的数据采集和自动分析,通过开发换向队列数据缓冲区,解决了数据任务之间相互干扰和资源互斥问题。根据实际应用表明,该系统能够实现井下自动化安全监测,将巡检效率提升8倍以上,对井下异常现象的监测准确性达到了99.3%,极大提升了井下作业的安全性。Aiming at the problems of high labour intensity,low efficiency and poor accuracy of underground inspection in coal mines,a new intelligent safety monitoring and inspection robot system is proposed,which realizes the data ollection and automatic analysis of the underground mining environment by integrating infrared,video and all kinds of sensors on the robot,and solves the problems of mutual interference between data tasks and mutual exclusion of resources through the development of the commutation queue data buffer.According to the practical appication,the system can realise underground automated safety monitoring,increase the inspection fficiency by more than 8 times,and achieve 99.3%monitoring accuracy of underground anomalies,which greatly improves the safety of underground operation.
