摘  要:为了提高热压成型机的恒压、稳压运行控制效果,利用PLC构建了液压加载平台。通过液压油缸升降方式提供动力,并通过算法优化控制来达到对真空热压装置加压有效调控的功能。该系统能够有效地完成系统速度与压力的共同控制。实验测试结果表明:当预压位置与目标压力都一致时,获得相同测试结果;当位置与压力误差都在0.1%以内时,达到99%的压力控制精度,获得99.3%的位置精度;进行位置调控时,经过25 s到达目标位置并保持恒定状态;经过5 s到达目标压力,超调量低于5‰。In order to improve the control effect of constant pressure and stable pressure operation of the hot press forming machine,a hydraulic loading plaform is constructed by using PLC.Through the hydraulic cylinder lifing mode to provide power,and through the algorithm optimisation control to achieve the vacum hot press device pressurisation effective regulation and control function.The system can effectively complete the joint control of system speed and pressure.Experimental test results show that:when the pre-pressure position and target pressure are consistent,the same test results.When the position and pressure errors are within 0.1%,99%of the pressure control accuracy is achieved and 99.3%of the position accuracy is obtained.When the position regulation is carried out,the target position is reached after 25 s and kept constant;the target pressure is reached after 5 s,and the overshooting amount is lower than 5%o.
