摘 要:基于盖州煤矿9106工作面回采期间受采动应力影响,超前工作面50 m范围内回风顺槽围岩变形严重,出现顶板下沉、破碎现象,严重威胁着工作面安全快速回采的问题,盖州煤矿通过技术研究,决定对动压区顺槽采取“架棚+L型钢棚+桁架锚索”联合修复支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,采取修复支护后围岩变形现象得到了明显改善,顶板下沉量由原来的0.35 m减小为0.18 m,两帮收缩量由原来的0.50 m减小为0.24 m,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the Gaizhou Coal Mine 9106 working face during the mining back to mining by mining stress,over the working face 50 m range back 1o the wind trough perimeter rock deformation is serious,there is a roof sink ing,crushing phenomenon,a serious threat to the working face of safe and rapid mining back to the mine,the Gaizhou Coal Mine through a technical study,deeided to dynamic pressure area trough to take the"shelf shed+L-type steel shed+truss anchors"joint repair support technology,through the actual application of the results of the support technique.In this regard,Gaizhou coal mine decided to adopt"frame shed+L-type steel shed+truss anchor cable"joint repair support technology for the dynamic pressure zone trench through technical research,and the deformation of surrounding rock has been significanly improved after adopting the repair support,and the amount of roof sinking has been reduced from 0.35 m to 0.18 m,and the amount of contraction of the two gangs has been reduced from 0.50 m to 0.24 m,which achieves remarkable application results.
