摘　　要：TOD模式是以公共交通为导向的开发模式,在规划城区时,保证公共交通使用最大化的非汽车化规划设计方式。主要以公共交通中的轨道交通或其他快速交通形式,实现以各公共站点为中心,以步行5~10 min的路程为半径,集商业、文化、教育、居住以及工作为一体的城区。厦门市轨道交通1号线集美软件园站是典型的以TOD模式设计的综合体,文中以此工程为例,详细介绍了TOD模式下的集美新城片区交通综合体工程建设。the TOD model refers to the public transport-oriented development model,is in the planning of urban areas,to ensure that the use of public transport maximization of non-automotive planning and design.The main public transport committee rail transit or other forms of rapid transit,to achieve a public station as the center,business,culture,education,living and working in an urban area with a radius of 5-10 minutes'walk.The Jimei Software Park station of Xiamen Rail Transit Line 1 is a typical TOD model design complex.Taking this project as an example,this paper introduces in detail the construction of the Jimei new city traffic complex under the TOD model.
