摘　　要：推动中华优秀传统文化“创造性转化、创新性发展”,重在弘扬其精神。该文通过梳理聊城商业文化的历史和发展脉络,剖析聊城商业文化的内涵及鲁西商人的精神内核,立足当下中华优秀传统文化“两创”的时代背景,阐述聊城商业文化两创的时代价值和现实路径。同时,结合新商科人才职业素养塑造的相关研究,探寻将聊城商业文化融入新商科人才职业素养塑造,并归纳总结出可行的实施路径,促使学生深入了解本地商业历史,自觉接受商业文化的熏陶,传承本土优秀商业文化,古为今用,增强文化自信,以期为促进本地商业经济的繁荣发展贡献力量。The key to promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional Chinese culture is to promote its spirit.This article analyzes the historical and developmental context of Liaocheng's commercial culture,the connotation of Liaocheng's commercial culture,and the spiritual core of the merchants of western Shandong.Based on the current background of the"two creations"of excellent traditional Chinese culture,it elaborates on the era value and practical path of Liaocheng's commercial culture.At the same time,based on relevant research on shaping the professional competence of new business talents,this study explores the integration of Liaocheng commercial culture into shaping the professional competence of new business talents,and summarizes feasible implementation paths to encourage students to deeply understand local commercial history,consciously accept the influence of commercial culture,inherit excellent local commercial culture,make the past serve the present,enhance cultural confidence,and contr-ibute to the prosperity and development of local commercial economy.
