摘 要:氢烃比是丙烷直接脱氢反应中的关键工艺条件之一,极大影响催化剂的活性、选择性和寿命。基于此,设计了以考察氢烃比对Pt/BN催化剂丙烷脱氢性能影响为主体的教学实验,内容主要包括Pt/BN催化剂制备与不同氢烃比下丙烷脱氢性能测试。通过本教学实验,学生可以接触相关科研的前沿动态,对常规负载催化剂的制备过程和催化剂性能评价方法有一定认识,可以根据在线气相色谱结果进行反应物转化率、产物选择性、催化剂稳定性的定量分析,有助于全面提高学生的科研素养和创新技能。The hydrogen/hydrocarbon ratio is one of the key process conditions in the direct dehydrogenation of propane,which greatly affects the activity,selectivity,and lifetime of the catalyst.Based on this,a teaching experiment was designed to investigate the effect of hydrogen/hydrocarbon ratio on the propane dehydrogenation performance of Pt/BN catalysts.The content mainly includes the preparation of Pt/BN catalysts and the testing of propane dehydrogenation performance under different hydrogen/hydrocarbon ratios.Through this teaching experiment,students can be exposed to the cutting-edge developments in relevant scientific research,have a certain understanding of the preparation process and catalytic performance evaluation methods of conventional supported catalysts,and can conduct quantitative analysis of reactant conversion,product selectivity,and catalyst stability based on online gas chromatography results,which helps to comprehensively improve students'scientific literacy and innovation skills.
