摘  要:为解决台风暴雨等恶劣天气下的窗体加固问题,设计了一种导雨伸缩型窗体加固装置。首先介绍装置的组成,包括伸缩传动机构、防风导雨叶片、叶片翻转机构等;接着基于连杆传动原理和向量关系建立伸缩传动机构的运动学模型;然后利用ADAMS软件进行窗体加固装置的传动分析;最后完成加固装置的实物制作和实验测试。仿真和实验结果表明,该装置可实现自主收展,防风导雨叶片可满足快速疏导雨水的要求,叶片翻转机构能满足多种天气条件下的使用要求。In order to realize window reinforcement under severe weather conditions such as typhoon and rain,a window reinforcement device with rain-guiding and retractable functions is designed.Firstly the structure of the designed device is introduced,which includes a retractable transmission mechanism,a windproof and rain-guided blade,a blade turning mechanism,etc.;then the kinematic model of telescopic transmission mechanism is established based on the transmission principle and vector relationship of the connecting rod,the transmission analysis of the window reinforcement device is carried out by using Adams software.Finally,the physical production and experimental testing of the reinforcement device is completed.The simulation and experimental results show that the retractable transmission mechanism of the reinforcement device in this paper can realize its autonomous expansion and contraction,the windproof and rain-guiding blades can meet the rapid drainage of rainwater,and the blade turning mechanism can realize indoor light adjustment,which effectively meets its use in various weather environments.
