摘 要:企业资源计划(ERP)系统是企业精益生产不可或缺的工具。本研究针对当前印刷ERP以物料清单BOM(Bill of Material)为核心的数据表征方式,分析其在多产品混合生产状态下的问题,指出传统印刷ERP需要改进的方向。并提出使用复合树(Polytree)替代常规树(Tree)结构的数据组织方法;以产品部件为基础,用生产工序的线形特征组织生产逻辑;基于E-R数据模型,呈现产品部件关联生产过程的数据流转模式。该模式改善了以印前、印刷、印后为模块的生产描述方式,并面向生产逻辑对生产过程表述的灵活性进行了重塑。本研究模式着重解决了传统印刷ERP中阻碍生产流程全面自动化的问题,已经在多家企业成功应用。ERP system is a necessary tool of lean-manufacturing for the printing and packaging companies.Aimed at the data description mode with BOM as the core in current printing ERP,the problems in the state of multi-product mixed production was analysed,and the direction of traditional printing ERP was pointed out in this study.Then,the data organization method of using polytree instead of tree structure was proposed.Based on the production components,the production logic with the linear characteristics of the production process was organized.Based on the E-R data model,the data flow mode of the production process associated with the product components was presented.This mode improves the production description mode with prepress,printing and postpress modules,and reshaps the flexibility of production process expression for production logic.The research result can be utilized to solve the major pain point on production data description in printing ERP system,which has been successfully applied in many companies.
