摘 要:纤维素基材料具有低成本、高强度重量比、可降解等优良性能,在发泡领域拥有广阔的发展前景。常规的纤维素基发泡材料制备方法存在高能耗、发泡剂残留、纤维素利用率低等问题。废瓦楞纸板作为原材料相较于其他纤维素原料具有来源广泛、加工成本低、利用率高等优点。本研究提出以废瓦楞纸板为主要原料,通过机械搅拌方式制备发泡材料,探究了不同发泡工艺和纸浆浓度对泡沫的性能影响,分析了纯泡沫试样和纤维素基泡沫试样的微观形貌。结果表明,纯泡沫试样的性能受表面活性剂浓度影响最大,呈现出先提高后降低的趋势。在加入纸浆后提高了泡沫的稳定性,光学显微镜、体视显微镜显示纤维在泡沫中均匀分布,干燥后的试样内部具有复杂的开孔结构,此结构增强了发泡材料的力学性能,制备出的发泡材料密度低于0.03g/cm3。此外,机械搅拌方法制备发泡材料工艺简单、无污染、成本低,具有巨大的应用潜力。Cellulose-based materials have excellent properties such as low cost,high strength-to-weight ratio and degradability,and have broad development prospects in the foaming field.Conventional preparation methods of cellulose-based foaming material have some problems,such as high energy consumption,residual foaming agent and low utilization rate of cellulose.Compared with other cellulose raw materials,waste corrugated board as the raw materid has many advantages,such as wide source,low processing cost and high utilization rate.In this study,waste corrugated board was used as the main raw material,and the foaming materials were prepared by mechanical stirring.The effects of different foaming processes and pulp concentration on the properties of foam were explored,and the micro-morphology of pure foam samples and cellulosed-based foam samples was analyzed.The results showed that the performance of pure foam samples was most affected by the concentration of surfactant,showing a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.After adding pulp,the stability of foam was improved.Optical microscope and stereomicroscope showed that the fibers were evenly distributed in the foam,and the inside of the dried sample had a complex open-cell structure,this structure enhanced the mechanical properties of foaming materials.The density of the prepared foaming material was lower than 0.03g/cm³.In addition,the mechanical stirring method is simple,pollution-free,low-cost and has great application potential.
