摘  要:Pd/BN催化剂可以有效催化顺酐选择加氢制备丁二酸酐,相关研究兼具学术价值和应用前景。催化剂制备过程中控制参数的变化会极大影响催化剂的结构,进而影响其活性、选择性和寿命。基于此,设计了以考察制备过程中浸渍液pH值对Pd/BN催化剂结构和顺酐加氢性能影响为主体的教学实验,内容主要包括Pd/BN催化剂制备、钯粒子尺寸统计与顺酐液相加氢性能测试。通过本教学实验,学生可以接触相关科研的前沿动态,对负载催化剂的制备过程和间歇釜式液相加氢反应评价有一定认识,可以根据色谱结果进行反应物转化率、产物选择性的定量分析,有助于全面提高学生的科研素养和创新技能。Pd/BN catalysts can effectively catalyze the selective hydrogenation of maleic anhydride to succinic anhydride,and related research is of great scientific importance and also of industrial interest.The control parameters during the catalyst preparation process will greatly affect the structure of the catalyst,thereby affecting its activity,selectivity,and lifetime.Based on this,a teaching experiment was designed to investigate the effect of the pH value of the impregnation solution during the preparation process on the structure of Pd/BN catalyst and its performance for maleic anhydride hydrogenation.The content mainly includes the preparation of Pd/BN catalysts,the size statistics of palladium particles and the testing of maleic anhydride liquid-phase hydrogenation performance.Through this teaching experiment,students can be exposed to the cutting-edge developments in relevant scientific research,have a certain understanding of the preparation process of supported catalysts and the evaluation of liquid-phase hydrogenation reactions in batch tank,and can conduct quantitative analysis of reactant conversion and product selectivity based on gas chromatography results,which helps to comprehensively improve students'scientific literacy and innovation skills.
