摘  要:针对非织造土工布老化引起的使用寿命减短问题,基于现有研究成果,对当前聚丙烯非织造土工布抗老化技术发展现状进行总结。介绍了非织造土工布的常用生产原料。分析了聚丙烯非织造土工布的老化机理,研究了聚丙烯非织造土工布室外自然老化和人工加速老化两种老化试验方法,综述了提高聚丙烯非织造土工布抗老化性能的方法,主要包括添加抗老化剂、TiO_(2)后整理和添加抗老化纤维。认为:未来聚丙烯非织造土工布的抗老化应当以绿色无污染、低成本、工艺简单为目标进行深入研究。Aiming at the problem of shortening service life caused by aging of nonwoven geotextile,based on the existing research results,the current development status of anti-aging technology of polypropylene nonwoven geotextiles was summarized.The common production materials of nonwoven geotextile were introduced.Aging mechanism of polypropylene nonwoven geotextile was analyzed.Two experimental methods of outdoor natural aging and artificial accelerated aging of polypropylene nonwoven geotextile were studied.The methods of improving polypropylene nonwoven geotextile anti-aging property were summarized,including adding anti-aging agent,TiO_(2) finishing and adding anti-aging fiber.It is considered that the anti-aging of polypropylene nonwoven geotextile in the future should be studied with the aim of green,pollution-free,low cost and simple process.
