摘 要:高山滑雪作为一项特殊的体育运动项目,具有强度高、难度大、专业性强等特点,对运动员的身体素质和技巧要求较高。因此,合理进行膳食营养补充对于提高高山滑雪运动员的运动成绩以及保持身心健康至关重要。本文采用文献资料法等研究方法,结合高山滑雪运动的专项特点,依据运动员在训练及比赛中的能量消耗规律,提出科学合理的膳食营养补充建议。合理化膳食有助于提高高山滑雪运动员的竞技水平和运动能力,预防运动损伤,应根据个体差异制定个性化的膳食计划,以最大程度发挥营养的作用。As a special sports event,alpine skiing has the characteristics of high intensity,high difficulty,and strong professionalism,which require high physical fitness and skills from athletes.Therefore,reasonable dietary nutrition supplementation is crucial for improving the athletic performance and maintaining physical and mental health of alpine skiers.Based on the special characteristics of alpine skiing and the law of energy consumption of athletes in training and competition,this paper puts forward scientific and reasonable suggestions on dietary nutrition supplement by means of literature review and other research methods.Rationalized diet helps to improve the competitive level and athletic ability of alpine skiers and prevent sports injuries.Personalized dietary plans should be formulated according to individual differences to maximize the role of nutrition.
