大学生志愿服务“互联网+支教”模式构建路径探析

摘　　要：为切实加强和提升“互联网+支教”的质量,以T项目云教室“互联网+支教”志愿活动为例,采用分析与综合相结合的方法,分析了实施“互联网+支教”模式的客观条件及存在问题,指出目前“互联网+支教”项目存在志愿者队伍综合素质参差不齐、课堂质量不高、家校联动薄弱和组织管理效度低等问题。提出从加强志愿者遴选培训、发展素质教育、推动协同育人和实行科学化管理四个维度构建“互联网+支教”模式,促进线上支教不断优化提升。In order to effectively improve the quality of“Internet plus teaching support”,we take T Project cloud classroom“Internet plus teaching support”volunteer activity as an example,and analyze the objective conditions and existing problems of implementing“Internet plus teaching support”mode by using the method of analysis and synthesis.More,we point out the exist problems in the project including the uneven comprehensive quality of the volunteers’team,poor teaching quality,poor home-school cooperation and ineffective organizational management and propose ways to construct the“Internet plus teaching support”mode from such four aspects as strengthening volunteer selection and training,developing quality education,promoting collaborative education and implementing scientific management.
