摘　　要：调动居住区潜在停车资源,是应对城市停车难问题的有效解决方案。为分析私家车位拥有者车位共享意愿的影响因素,在整合技术接受模型和计划行为理论基础上,新增感知效益与感知风险两个变量,分析潜变量之间的影响机理。基于成都市问卷调查数据,构建多指标多因果模型(MIMIC),从个人社会经济属性与心理潜变量两个角度,分析车位拥有者针对不同共享方案的共享意愿。研究得出,新增潜变量对共享方案选择意向有显著的直接或间接影响,且车位业主的社会经济属性对模型中潜变量有不同程度影响,这些属性包括性别、教育程度、对共享概念的了解程度,以及车位产权情况等。对车位业主异质性的识别可有助于针对性地引导推广居住区车位共享。It is an effective solution to solve urban parking problems by mobilizing the potential parking resources in residential areas.In order to analyze the factors that affect the sharing willingness of private parking space owners,we propose a framework based on C-TAM-TPB theory and incorporate two new variables called perceived benefit and perceived risk.Then the mutual influences between these latent variables are analyzed.Based on survey data in Chengdu,a MIMIC model is constructed to investigate their sharing willingness towards different sharing schemes from the perspectives of both individual social-demographic characteristics and psychological latent variables.Results show that the two added latent variables have significant direct or indirect influences on choice of sharing schemes,and social-demographics such as gender,education level,understanding of shared parking,and property right of parking spaces,have certain influence on latent variable.The identification of heterogeneity in private parking space owners can guide promotion of shared parking in residential areas.
