摘　　要：制造企业越来越关注内部的生产物流运作。文章以降低线边物料供应成本、提高供应效率为宗旨,展开了家电物料上线方式的研究。首先,以物料体积为标准,通过定性分析为自制件与外购件中的标准件选择合适的上线方式。其次,文章通过对定制物料进行ABC-XYZ分析并建立相应的上线成本模型,设计出合理的物料上线选择方式。最后,该选择逻辑通过算例应用进行验证,结果显示,不同物料选择相应的上线方式有助于降低企业生产成本。Manufacturing enterprises pay more and more attention to the internal production logistics operation.With the aim of reducing the supply cost and improving the supply efficiency of materials at the edge of the line,this paper studies the on-line mode of household appliances.Firstly,taking the material volume as the standard,through qualitative analysis,the proper on-line mode is selected for the standard parts in self-made parts and purchased parts.Secondly,through the ABC-XYZ analysis of customized materials and the establishment of the corresponding online cost model,the paper designs a reasonable way to select materials online.Finally,the selection logic is verified by an example,and the results show that a reasonable material on-line mode can effectively reduce the logistics cost.
