摘　　要：生涯教育融入高校“大思政课”对于锻造时代新人,推动形成以价值观为导向的全生命周期管理的生涯理念,实现中华民族伟大复兴的梦想意义重大。两者在教育理念、目标、内容、方法、功能等方面的耦合要素,为构建生涯教育融入高校“大思政课”提供强有力的理论逻辑支撑,针对融入过程中凸显的理念冲突、目标失衡、成效落差等问题,亟须发挥集家庭、高校、社会为一体的融入引导场域的教育合力作用,以实现高校育人社会性功能与个体性功能同向同行的价值归旨。The integration of career education into the"great ideological and political courses"in universities is of great significance for forging new generations,promoting the formation of a life cycle management philosophy guided by values,and realizing the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The coupling elements between the two in terms of educational concepts,objectives,content,methods,functions,and other aspects provide strong theoretical and logical support for the integration of career education into the"great ideological and political courses"of universities.In response to the prominent issues of conceptual conflicts,goal imbalance,and effectiveness gap during the integration process,it is urgent to play a combined role in integrating families,universities,and society into the guidance field of education,to achieve the value goal of promoting the social and individual functions of higher education in the same direction.
