摘　　要：Chiari畸形Ⅱ型(CM-Ⅱ)常合并脑积水及脊髓空洞,部分CM-Ⅱ患者可出现神经急重症甚至死亡。我国目前每年CM-Ⅱ新患人数仍较多,手术指征、手术时机和随访管理仍不规范。故中国医师协会神经外科分会脊柱脊髓专家委员会组织相关专家,围绕CM-Ⅱ的发病机制、临床表现、诊疗方案等内容制定了CM-Ⅱ诊疗中国专家共识,以期进一步改善我国CM-Ⅱ患者的疗效和预后。Chiari malformation type Ⅱ(CM-Ⅱ)is often associated with hydrocephalus and syringomyelia,and some CM-Ⅱ patients may suffer from neurological emergency or death.The number of new patients with CM-Ⅱ is still large in China every year,and the operation indication,operation timing and follow-up management are not standardized.Therefore,the Spine and Spinal Cord Expert Committee of Neurosurgery Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association organized relevant experts to develop a consensus of Chinese experts on CM-Ⅱ diagnoses and treatments.This consensus introduces the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment protocols of CM-Ⅱ in order to improve the treatment efficacy and prognosis of Chinese patients with CM-Ⅱ.
