摘　　要：企业参与贸易信用能够缓解外部融资约束,特别是以供应链整体运行优化为基础的贸易信用能够帮助企业提高运营效率和创新能力,但供应链企业参与贸易信用的规模和结构差异将对企业运营效率和创新能力产生不同的影响。本文基于我国A股制造业上市企业的相关财务数据,从规模和结构的角度分析供应链企业参与贸易信用的行为,量化研究贸易信用对供应链企业运营效率和创新能力的影响。研究发现,贸易信用的规模和结构差异对供应链企业运营效率和创新能力的影响具有非线性和非对称性特征,据此提出关于供应链企业合理开展贸易信用、更好发挥供应链金融保链强链功能的建议。Enterprise participation in trade credit can alleviate external financing constraints,especially trade credit based on the optimization of the overall operation of the supply chain,can help enterprise improve the operational efficiency and innovation capability.However,the scale and structure differences in trade credit participation among supply chain enterprises will have different impacts on their operational efficiency and innovation capability.Based on the financial data of manufacturing listed companies on the A-share market in China,this paper analyzes the behavior of supply chain enterprises participating in trade credit from the perspective of scale and structure,and quantifies the impact of trade credit on the operational efficiency and innovation capability of supply chain enterprises.Research has found that the differences in trade credit scale and structure have nonlinear and asymmetric effects on the operational efficiency and innovation capability of supply chain enterprises.Based on these research findings,suggestions are made for supply chain enterprises to engage in trade credit in a reasonable manner and better harness the strong linkage function of supply chain finance to improve their operations.
