摘　　要：智能技术的发展将会对国际政治产生何种影响,应该如何处理智能时代的国际政治关系,布热津斯基对此进行过前瞻性的思考。他的思想可以总结为全球智能技治主义,即当代国际政治战略必须要适应信息技术的发展趋势,未来会走向以智能技术为基础、由各国精英协作领导的全球智能治理。他的理论是为谋取美国的全球霸权服务的,存在根本性的错误,但对于智能时代的国际关系研究颇有启发。Zbigniew Brzezinski has thought forward about how the development of intelligent technology will affect international politics and how international political relations in the age of intelligence should be handled.His thoughts can be summarized as global smart technocracy,that is,contemporary international political strategy must adapt to the development trend of information technology,and in the future it will move towards global smart governance based on intelligent technology and led by the collaboration of national elites.His theory,which serves the quest for U.S.global hegemony,is fundamentally flawed,but it is quite inspiring for the study of international relations in the age of intelligence.
