摘 要:数控机床加工精度异常指在数控机床加工过程中,加工出来的零件尺寸与要求不符或者存在形状、位置等偏差。加工精度异常会直接影响零部件及最终产品的质量,产生较高的废品率和返工率,增加生产成本。结合具体工作实践,提出导致数控机床加工精度异常的原因、诊断处理方法及预防措施,以期最大限度地减少数控机床加工精度异常的情况发生,提升产品质量,降低生产成本,保障设备正常运行。Abnormal machining accuracy of computerized numerical control machine tools refers to the discrepancy between the dimensions of the processed parts and the requirements,or the existence of deviations in shape,position,etc.During the machining process of computerized numerical control machine tools,abnormal machining accuracy directly affects the quality of components and final products,resulting in high scrap and rework rates,and increasing production costs.This article proposes several reasons,diagnosis and treatment methods,and preventive measures that lead to abnormal machining accuracy of computerized numerical control machine tools based on specific work practices,in order to minimize the occurrence of abnormal machining accuracy of computerized numerical control machine tools,improve product quality,reduce production costs,and ensure the normal operation of equipment.
