摘  要:习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中把教育、科技、人才放到国家战略性支撑的重要地位,并强调要完善教育评价体系,全面提高人才培养质量。基于成果导向的全面质量管理理论,从应用型本科院校学校定位和专业方向出发,通过质量主体系统、质量管理系统、质量目标系统等10方面构建开放的、校内外利益相关者多方联动的教学质量支持系统,并从增值评价、过程评价、结果评价和综合评价4个维度,探索专业人才培养的质量评价路径。In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping put education,science and technology,and talents in an important position of national strategic support,and emphasized the need to improve the education evaluation system to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training.Based on the outcome-oriented theory of total quality management,starting from the school positioning and professional orientation of applied undergraduate colleges,this article constructs an open teaching quality support system with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the school working together through 10 aspects such as the quality subject system,quality management system and quality objective system,and explores the quality evaluation path of professional talent cultivation from four dimensions:value-added evaluation,process evaluation,outcome evaluation and comprehensive evaluation.
