白求恩精神融入新时代医学生德育的价值与路径

摘　　要：白求恩在艰苦卓绝的抗日战争时期来华支援中国人民,体现了跨越国界、命运与共,无惧风险、不计得失,精益求精、严格要求的崇高精神。白求恩精神激励了一代代人民卫生事业工作者砥砺前行,对新时代医学生也有着重要的榜样引领作用。应通过思想政治理论课、课程思政、实践活动、校园文化建设等途径,传承与弘扬白求恩精神的大爱、奉献和专精等精神内涵,培育既有专精医学技术、又有良好医德医风的新时代医学生,为满足人民群众不断提升的健康需求提供人才保障,助力“健康中国”国家战略的顺利实施。During the arduous period of the Chinese War People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,Bethune came to China to support the Chinese people,reflecting the noble spirit of cross-border,sharing a common destiny,fearless of risks,disregarding gains and losses,striving for excellence,and strict requirements.The Bethune spirit has inspired generations of healthcare staffs to forge ahead,plays guiding role for medical students in the new era as well.We should inherit and promote the spirit of Bethune's great love,dedication,and specialization through ways including Ideological&Political theory courses,Ideological&Political Education,practical activities,and campus cultural construction.We should cultivate medical students in new era who have both specialized medical technology and good medical ethics,provide personnel guarantees to meet the people's improving health needs,and help the smooth implementation of the national strategy of"Healthy China".
