摘　　要：乌江流域梯级水电站群面临着大量机组的检修需求,这涉及大量的维修任务和管理工作。为了制定一个全面、细致的检修全过程标准化流程,必须从顶层设计、人才培养、品牌建设等多维度入手,进行乌江干流梯级水电站群自主检修核心能力的构建。笔者分析了自主检修核心能力构建的必要性和发展思路,阐述自主检修核心能力构建的主要内容,可为流域水电站群自主检修规范化管理提供一定参考。The cascade hydropower stations in the Wujiang River Basin are faced with the maintenance requirements of a large number of units,which involves a large number of maintenance tasks and management work.In order to formulate a comprehensive and detailed standardized process for the whole process of maintenance,it is necessary to start from the top-level design,personnel training,brand building and other dimensions to build the core competence of self maintenance for cascade hydropower stations in the main stream of W ujiang River.The author analyzes the necessity and development ideas of the core competence construction of self maintenance,and expounds the main contents of the core competence construction of self maintenance,which can provide some reference for the standardized management of self maintenance for hydropower stations in the basin.
