摘 要:为研究不同有效成分的丸粒化水稻种子在低氧环境下的萌发和幼苗形态建成情况,以正常萌发环境作为对照,在水淹环境下,采用不添加有效成分和分别添加有效成分ABT3、调环酸钙和CaO_(2) 4种丸粒化处理的水稻种子,观察并测定两种环境下萌发种子的发芽率、幼苗形态和种子淀粉酶的活性。结果表明:低氧胁迫环境下,水稻种子萌发受到抑制,通过有效成分丸粒化处理得到缓解,其发芽率均在60%以上,平均高于裸种对照18.9%;促进幼苗株高、胚芽鞘和中胚轴的伸长,与裸种对照相比,幼苗的株高增幅45.8%,幼苗的胚芽鞘长度增幅为25.8%,幼苗的中胚轴长度增幅为18.8%;与裸种对照相比,含有效成分的丸粒化水稻种子淀粉酶活性显著提高。本试验中有效成分丸粒化的处理有效地缓解低氧胁迫对水稻种子萌发的抑制作用,提高淀粉酶活性,促进幼苗中胚轴和胚芽鞘的伸长,使得幼苗尽快伸出水面,脱离低氧环境,从而有效促进种子的萌发。In order to study the germination and seedling morphogenesis of pelleted rice seeds with different active ingredients under hypoxia environment,taking the normal germination environment as the control,four kinds of rice seeds,treated with no active ingredient and active ingredients ABT3,calcium modulator and CaO_(2),were used in the flooded environment,and the germination rate,seedling morphology and seed amylase activity of the germinated seeds in the two environments were observed and measured.The results showed that:the germina-tion of rice seeds was inhibited under low oxygen stress,which was alleviated by pelletization of active ingredi-ents,and the germination rate was above 60%,which was 18.9%higher than that of the naked seed control;com-pared with the naked control,the plant height of seedlings,the germ sheath length of seedlings and the mesocotyl length of seedlings were increased by 45.8%,25.8%and 18.8%,respectively;compared with the naked seed con-trol,the amylase activity of pelletized rice seeds containing active ingredients was significantly increased.In this experiment,the active ingredient in the seeds pelletizing treatment effectively alleviated the inhibitory effect of hypoxic stress on the rice seed germination,improved the amylase activity,promoted the elongation of the hypo-cotyl and germ sheath in the seedlings,and made the seedlings extend out of the water surface as soon as possible and get out of the low oxygen environment,thereby effectively promoting the germination of seeds.
