摘 要:乡村要振兴,关键在人才;人才要培养,根本在教育。全面推进乡村教育振兴,在政策意涵上,彰显了乡村教育、科技、人才一体化布局,乡村教育振兴与教育振兴乡村统筹设计,乡村教育振兴层次类别与地域功能全面覆盖;在研究方法上,学术界意识到用西方理论套裁中国实践的危害,提出了“从中国实践出发”或“扎根中国实际”的社会科学方案,但理论原型依然是“西方”的,是“从西方看中国”而不是“从中国看中国”,应回归“把中国作为方法”;在实践路径上,实现了赓续优秀传统与弘扬现代价值、教育振兴乡村与乡村教育振兴、政府倾斜支持与多方援助帮扶的有机结合,充分展现了新型举国体制的力量。The key to rural revitalization lies in talent,but talent cultivation is fundamentally based on education.To comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural education,in terms of policy implications,it highlights the integrated layout of rural education,technology and talent,the coordinated design of rural education revitalization and rural revitalization through education,and the comprehensive coverage of the levels,categories,regions and functions of rural education revitalization;In terms of research methods,the academic community is aware of the harm of using Western theories to analyse Chinese practice and has proposed social science solutions that“start from Chinese practice”or“take root in Chinese reality”.However,the theoretical framework is still“Western”and is“looking at China from the West”rather than“looking at China from China”.It should return to“taking China as a method”.In terms of practical path,it has achieved an organic combination of inheriting excellent traditions and promoting modern values,of revitalizing rural areas through education and rural education revitalization,and of government inclined support and multi-party assistance,which effectively showcases the strength of the new whole nation system.
