摘 要:目前内燃机车救援无制动能力动车组时按限速5 km/h运行,对救援效率带来较大影响。为了优化救援限速,梳理了内燃机车救援无制动能力动车组的各项限制因素,着重对救援机车的制动能力进行了理论计算、台架试验和实车试验,并调研了东风型内燃机车电阻制动工作原理和运用情况,论证了内燃机车电阻制动对救援限速优化的必要性和重要性,提出需加强热备内燃机车电阻制动检修,确保其可用性和稳定性。At present,when diesel locomotive rescue EMU without braking capacity,the speed limit is 5 km/h,which has a great impact on rescue efficiency.In order to optimize the rescue speed limit,the constraints of diesel locomotive rescue EMU without braking capacity are summarized.Theoretical calculation,bench test and real vehicle test are performed focusing on the of the braking capacity of the rescue locomotive,which is the most important limiting factor.The working principle and application of the resistance brake of the DF type diesel locomotive are also investigated.This paper demonstrates the necessity and importance of diesel locomotive resistance braking for speed limit optimization.The importance of the resistance brake maintenance of the hot-prepared diesel locomotive is proposed to ensure its availability and stability.
