摘 要:目的探讨急性期精神分裂症患者血清神经递质与血清细胞因子水平的相关性。方法收集急性首发和急性复发的精神分裂症患者35例(病例组)及健康志愿者46例(对照组)的一般人口学资料。采用ELISA法检测血清5种神经递质水平,包括DA、GABA、KYN、KYNA和5-HT,采用Luminex液相芯片法测定血清中细胞因子IL-1β、IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、IL-12、TNF-α、IFN-γ和CCL-2的水平。采用Speaman相关性检验分析神经递质与细胞因子间的相关性。结果病例组血清DA和GABA水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),KYNA水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);病例组血清IL-1β、IL-4、IL-6及CCL-2水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。病例组血清DA水平与IL-1β(r=-0.346,P<0.05)和CCL-2(r=-0.460,P<0.05)水平呈负相关,GABA与IL-1β(r=-0.424,P<0.05)和CCL-2(r=-0.429,P<0.05)水平呈负相关,KYNA与CCL-2水平呈正相关(r=0.383,P<0.05)。结论急性期精神分裂症患者血清多种神经递质水平发生改变,这可能与患者异常的免疫激活有关。Objective To explore the relationship between serum neurotransmitter and serum cytokine levels in patients with acute schizophrenia.Methods A total of 35 patients with first-episode and acute relapse schizophrenia(case group)and 46 healthy volunteers(control group)were enrolled to collect the general demography data.The serum levels of five neurotransmitters were detected by ELISA,including DA,GABA,KYN,KYNA and 5-HT.Serum levels of nine cytokines were measured in two groups by luminex liquid chip method,including IL-1β,IL-4,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,IL-12,TNF-α,IFN-γand CCL-2.Correlation between serum neurotransmitter and cytokine levels was analyzed by Spearman.Results The serum levels of DA and GABA in case group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),while the level of KYNA was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-1β,IL-4,IL-6 and CCL-2 in case group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The level of serum DA in case group was negatively correlated with IL-1β(r=-0.346,P<0.05)and CCL-2(r=-0.460,P<0.05).The serum level of GABA in case group was negatively correlated with IL-1β(r=-0.424,P<0.05)and CCL-2(r=-0.429,P<0.05).The serum level of KYNA was positively correlated with CCL-2(r=0.383,P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of serum neurotransmitter levels in patients with acute schizophrenia may be related to abnormal immune activation.
